What Kind of Events Can You Book Us For?
We can work a variety of different events. Here are just a few ideas:

There are so many different kind of events we can work. We can even come to smaller, private events such as an anniversary, bridal shower, or even a family reunion.
How do you determine how much time to schedule?
From California to Texas, we’ve been providing therapeutic wellness since 1990.
Since the Pandemic, we see about a 95% participation rate during Wellness Events. We use this to estimate how many employees we can expect to participate. From there, we will work with you to decide the length of each session for each employee. This gives us a range of time that to consider.
Will this disrupt work-flow for the day?
With a bit of planning, your Wellness Event should have little disruption to your workflow for the day.
Typically, approximately one week prior to the event, you will receive a sign up sheet that includes times for each employee to sign up. This helps to keep your work environment organized and productive for the day. This also helps us to manage your time efficiently keeping your cost down.

What is the difference between a Corporate Wellness Program and Wellness Event?
Frequency. A Wellness Event is a stand alone event and is great for when your team meets a big deadline, secures a large account or for when you’re having an employee appreciation day.
Corporate Wellness Program is an ongoing commitment to your team’s health and wellness. Corporate Wellness Program is a commitment to have a minimum of 4 hours of chair massage scheduled per quarter.
What kind of space or set up is needed to provide Corporate Wellness services to our employees?
We provide everything you need for your corporate wellness event including relaxing music, optional aromatherapy and helpful tips to keep your employees pain-free and feeling well.
Each Team member needs a small area (6′ X 6′) such as a back-office or break room to set up in. Ideally a space that everyone on your team has access to. It is also helpful for our Wellness Therapist to have a point of contact on the day of your events that can help coordinate employees.
How many employees can your Team care for?
Each licensed massage therapist can care for 2 to 12 employees per hour.
Massages can range from 5 to 30 minutes based on the number of employees you have, the time available and your budget.
